Kathy is the third oldest of eleven children. Most of her childhood was spent in the city of Madison Heights, Michigan. St. Dennis in Royal Oak (which was recently torn down and is now a Kroger Superstore) was her family parish for many years.
She retired from the telecommunication company of Michigan Bell/SBC/AT&T after thirty years of services in 2001. That same year she moved to Macomb and registered with the St. Isidore parish community. After many prayer requests in the prayer box to find something that suited her, she was hired at St. Isidore in 2005 and has gotten to know many people just by their involvement in the church over the years.
Whether it is a sad occasion, a happy event or just volunteering, Kathy feels the people of this parish have such a faith and strength in God and their community that it tests her own!
