Building Change Request

This form is required for any request to make a physical or visual change to the church building or property, including installations like card racks, artwork, statues, signage, or other permanent additions.

All requests are reviewed by our leadership team to ensure that changes align with our mission, values, and the overall environment of St. Isidore. You’ll also be asked to share how your proposal supports our parish mission: Connect with God. Reach others. Build community.
