No Grudges

Day 18

And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

Mark 11:25

Maybe you had an incident where you felt judged or judged someone, and now you just can’t let it go. That’s unhealthy and wastes energy. Grudges are usually one-sided. When you talk to the other person, a lot of times you find out that it wasn’t a grudge to them at all. So, how do you approach a person to end a grudge? Apologize even if the other person is not willing to resolve the matter. Pray together!

John reflects on how a grudge can hurt you and the benefits of letting that grudge go and forgiving.
