Join Us for the Spring Rummage Sale! Volunteers Needed
The Altar Society is excited to announce their Spring Rummage Sale, a cherished event that brings the community together while raising funds for the church. This yearâs sale promises to be bigger and better than ever, but they canât do it without your help!
Why Volunteer?
Volunteering at the rummage sale is a wonderful way to serve the community, meet new people, and make a difference. Whether you have a few hours or a few days to spare, your time and effort will be greatly appreciated. Plus, itâs a fun and rewarding experience for all involved!
Volunteer Opportunities:
⢠Set-Up Crew: Help us transform our social hall by arranging tables, sorting donations, and organizing items for display. Set-up will take place on May 5, & 6, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
⢠Sales Assistants: Assist shoppers, keep the sales area tidy, and manage transactions. May 8 from 9 AM to 5 PM and May 9 from 9 AM to 1 PM.
⢠Clean-Up Crew: Help pack up unsold items and restore our space to its original state. Pack-up will be on Friday, May 9 from about 1-3 PM
Important Note:
We ask that volunteers commit to a minimum of 4-hour shifts, as an hour here and there doesnât provide sufficient time to learn where things need to go. Your dedication and continuity are vital to the smooth operation of the event.
No need to sign up, just show up.
We look forward to working together to make this yearâs Spring Rummage Sale a fantastic success. Thank you for your generosity and support!
