Faith and Community

Day 23

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

1 Peter 4:10

We’ve talked about those things that keep us apart like judging and grudges. We have also talked about what makes us attractive to one another. Now, how do we share our faith? We as Catholics were given a Great Commission to spread our faith. Sometimes, it is difficult to have discussions about faith with friends and family. As Catholics, faith should be a part of our everyday, secular life. Francis of Assisi taught us to *Preach the gospel always, and use words when necessary.*Consider pursuing conversations and having a respectful dialogue. Everybody has something they can add. Accept people for who they are and where they are.

Claire reflects on how we need to examine our gifts and to evangelize through our actions.
