Friday of the Third Week of Advent

Fr. Ron reflects on how today’s gospel reminds him of Pope Francis when he cautions us to love people more than we love the law. Today is Matthew’s account of the annunciation which includes the Angel appearing to Joseph. Like us Joseph wants to do the right thing like us. He decides rather than following the letter of the law, he does the loving thing.
