Maybe it’s not about feeling overwhelmed or discouraged, but you are trying to be like someone else.   Are you posting a lot of negativity on social media to feel validated?  REMEMBER, we are not defined by what others think of us, but what God thinks of us.

John reflects on how sometimes a job or even social media can cause us to not be ourselves. Yet, time spent in prayer with the Lord can remind us of our true self.
