The most influential people in Fr. Ron’s life

Tuesday of the 3rd Week in Ordinary Time

Fr. Ron reflects on the people who had the strongest impact on his faith life in today’s homily. One of the things that Fr. Ron learned from them is not to judge others.

From today’s first reading to Timothy:
“I recall your sincere faith
that first lived in your grandmother Lois
and in your mother Eunice
and that I am confident lives also in you.”

Fr. Ron feels the same was passed down to him. He encourages grandparents today to pass down their faith to their grandchildren. This is their role in the church as well. Instead of asking the church to focus more on them, he encourages his generation to have the church focus more on their grandchildren. Our young people have so much to offer when it comes to faith.
