The perfect example of an intimate relationship with God

Monday of Holy Week

Fr. Ron dives into today’s gospel by sharing that it’s a woman iwho embodies the love that Jesus commands of all his disciples.

The story is the dinner that Jesus had at the home of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus. Mary anoints Jesus’ feet and dries with her hair. This is the prefigurement of the Jesus does for his disciples at the Last Supper; he pours out his love for them. He invites them to enter his intimate relationship with the Father. Mary 

She is an example who has an intimate relationship with Jesus and out of that relationship, serves others. Fr. Ron encourages us all to keep that image in mind this
