Treating others as more important than yourself
Tuesday of the 31st Week in Ordinary Time
In today’s First reading, St. Paul writes that Jesus Christ, even though he was in the form of God, was not in equality of God. Jesus emptied himself taking the form of a slave to serve others.
Fr. Ron urges us to empty ourselves and treat each others as more important than ourselves just like Saint Martin de Porres whose feast we celebrate today.
How will you empty yourself today and serve the needs of others and treat them as more important than myself?
