Angels Wear Gowns

Have you wanted to make a difference during this pandemic?
We’ve teamed up with Angels Wear Gowns!

Angels Wear Gowns was formed out of the growing need for reusable hospital-approved isolation gowns by hospitals, nursing homes, EMS, police, and such. In the last 21 days they have had approximately 150 volunteers in multiple counties, and have donated more than 6,000 gowns to over 35 facilities.

We will help make Isolation Gowns for medical personnel in Southeast Michigan and are looking volunteers who can help in one of three different areas.

NOTE: All volunteers will need to have a face mask and a willingness to help others. The rest of the supplies will be provided by St. Isidore. These gowns are desperately needed.

In-Church Production

We will be social distancing in the Social Hall & are looking for up to 20 volunteers per day Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM. (April 27 – May15) This is great for couples or pairs of family members. Extreme attention will be paid to ensure a safe environment. The team each day will be able to make up to 240+ gowns in 3 hours.
