Ascension will host a vaccine clinic at St. Isidore Church this Wednesday.
No appointment necessary. Walk-in availability for ages 12 and up
Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome.
Individuals 18 and older should bring a photo ID and insurance card (if available). Individuals 12-17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The vaccine is available at no cost to you.
