The Discipleship Formation Families with students who will be preparing for the celebration of a Sacrament during the 2026-2027 program year are to join us for a Meeting!

Parents only, of students registered to celebrate their First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, are asked to join us for a meeting on Thursday, October 1st. The meeting will take place in the Church beginning promptly at 6:00 pm

For the parents, and their students, preparing to celebrate Confirmation during the 2026-2027 program year. A meeting will be held on Thursday, October 22nd beginning promptly at 6:00 pm in the Church. This includes those registered in our Year 1 (7th grade) and Year 2 (8th grade) Confirmation Prep classes.

We will be reviewing the sacraments calendar, which is in addition to all of the classes, and explaining the requirements that need to be completed by the families before their child(ren) can celebrate the requested sacrament.

Basic Requirements

• First Reconciliation – Homework packet, Workshop for preparation & attendance to a Reconciliation service or completion of individual reconciliation before First Eucharist
• First Eucharist – Homework packet, Workshop for preparation & rehearsal before event
• Prep Year 1 (7th grade) – Retreat
• Prep Year 2 (8th grade) – all 7th grade requirements, a Retreat, 12 service hours for the student, 2 service hours for the parent, interview, & rehearsal before event.
