Fr. Ron Ramblings 7/8/2018

We are delighted to welcome Fr. Mark George, S.J., as our new Parochial Vicar (Associate Pastor) to St. Isidore. As you see in his introductory article on page 2, Fr. Mark brings a great deal of experience and talents to his ministry. I have a great respect for the Jesuits, and this is my first opportunity to work closely with a member of their community. Like his fellow Jesuit, Pope Francis, Fr. Mark has a passion for social justice. I am looking forward to learning from him and ministering together with him. Please give him a warm welcome to St. Isidore.

We thank everyone who took time to express our appreciation to Deacon Bill and Father Noel last weekend, especially the members of the Fellowship Committee and parish team who served the receptions following the Masses.

As he told us at Mass, Deacon Bill is not really going anywhere, as he will remain a parishioner at St. Isidore even as he will no longer be serving as a deacon on our parish team. Fr. Noel has begun his new assignment as pastor in Imlay City and Capac.
