Fr. Ron’s Reflections 7/28/19

Please “save the date” and plan on joining us for our Parish Picnic following the 4:30 Mass on August 10th. The picnic will be held in the Social Hall as well as the courtyard. Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, ice cream, and pop will be complimentary. Corn Hole and other games will be available as well for fun. It will be a good time to hang out with fellow parishioners and help BUILD COMMUNITY. We thank the Fellowship Committee for sponsoring the picnic.

The picnic is a token of appreciation for the great support you have given our parish throughout the past year. You have generously supported our CSA 2.0, weekly offertory, and various outreach ministries such as:  St. Vincent DePaul, the Baby Pantry, and Giving Tree programs. Over 700 parishioners volunteered to work on our hugely successful Strawberry Festival this year, and others supported it through the raffle and joining us and bringing family and friends. Hundreds of our parishioners are involved in many ministries throughout the year, including our liturgical ministers, catechists, and Christian Service projects. The list could go on. The people of St. Isidore are very hardworking, generous people, standing on the pillars of “CONNECT with God, REACH others, and BUILD community.” Let’s celebrate!!

Blessings,

Fr. Ron
