St. Isidore’s Small Groups are launching this Lent, and we warmly invite you to consider joining one. If you’ve ever thought about joining a small group but weren’t sure where to begin, this is a low-pressure, easy way to start. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart.
Each Small Group will meet regularly—weekly is preferred—for about one hour. Together, we’ll reflect on the Scripture readings for the upcoming weekend Masses, along with the associated Connecting Point. A group leader will guide the conversation, so there’s no need to prepare anything in advance beyond simply showing up.
From my own experience, reading and reflecting on the Scriptures before Mass makes a remarkable difference. It deepens understanding, enriches prayer, and transforms how you experience the Mass—it’s truly a game changer. An added blessing is the sense of connection and community that naturally grows within the group.
