Thank you to everyone who participated, contributed, and prayed for the success of our recent effort to feed the poor through Kids Coalition Against Hunger. We are especially thankful to our Knights of Columbus Council 7200 as well as the Kiwanis Club of Clinton Township for donating more than half of the money raised!
This initiative will deliver highly nutritious meals that are a rich source of easily digestible protein, carbohydrates, and vitamins needed by an undernourished child’s body and mind. They offer all nine of the essential amino acids required for complete nutrition at just 35¢ per meal. Let’s continue to honor St. Isidore and St. Maria’s legacy of miraculously feeding people by continuing to miraculously feed those in need.
What we accomplished:
- 500+ volunteers showed they cared
- $28k+ was raised to pay for the meals
- 80,000+ meals were packed
