To our dear friends at St. Isidore,
MCREST was overwhelmed with your generosity and thoughtfulness in the many ways and all the little details you put into caring for the guests as well as the donations you sent our way. It certainly is a sign of a parish that is on fire for the Lord! We are so blessed to have you as a partner in caring out this mission that Christ asks of us – to care for the stranger.
We know it was a huge endeavor to plan, prepare and deliver meals for 60 people all week long. Please know how much it was appreciated by the men, women and kids who were able to enjoy those delicious meals. It’s easy to take for granted the food we have in our homes, and so important to those who do not have this. The guests knew that there were people who cared about their welfare. We ask that you continue to keep these guests and MCREST in your prayers.
