Mindfulness Meditation

Through the gentle practice of mindfulness, let us enhance our well being and awaken to the beauty of each sacred moment.
Mindful topics will include formal meditation, walking, listening, mindfulness of pain and others.

Class will meet each Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:30 for 8 weeks. No experience necessary. You may come to one or all classes.
