Mindfulness Meditation

Enrich your spiritual journey by beginning a meditation practice. Mindfulness meditation is about cultivating a present-moment, openhearted, nonjudgmental awareness that can connect us more deeply to ourselves and the Holy Spirit. Each week we will gather to explore the different forms of mindfulness. We will learn what it is and how it works. Everyone is invited to attend and it can be done by anyone. It has been said that if you can breathe, you can meditate.

The classes are every Wednesday, beginning November 6.
Morning classes will be in Room 3 at 9:30 AM
Evening classes will be offered in the Resource Room at 6:30 PM
