“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ.” (Philippians 4:6-7)
Suggested Prayer/Activity: Try praying by meditating this week a few minutes a day, especially in the morning, if possible, to start your day. (See DID YOU KNOW? article below.) After you are sitting still and quiet you might start out by praying “Lord, thank you for this day,
guide me with your love and wisdom.”
