Suggested Prayer: Hail Mary
Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

CELEBRATE THE MONTH OF MARY
What are some ways we can honor our Spiritual Mother in our homes this May?
1. Decorate with flowers – Plant Mary gardens inside or outside. Make a May altar and/or crown a home statue of Mary. Some “Mary” flowers – marigold, bleeding heart, lily of the valley, roses, lily, lavender and violet.
2. Marian prayers – Pray a Novena, the rosary, learn to make rosaries and gift them, memorize a Marian prayer or hymn, teach a child the Hail Mary prayer.
3. Sacramentals – Wear/give a Scapular or Miraculous medal.
4. Learn more about Marian apparitions or read a book about Mary.
5. Make a Crown cake for Mary using white cake mix (purity) blueberries (Mary’s color) baked in a bundt pan or a make a cupcake rosary or fix some other creative food like Rosemary chicken or crown shaped sandwiches. Don’t forget the blue lemonade.
6. Display pictures of Mary including children’s art.
