Hail Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen
Suggested Activity: Say a Hail Mary throughout your day for your spouse, parent, children, friend, a relative, a stranger, when you hear a siren, when you are angry, when you need comfort or strength, in times of temptation or confusion, or to quiet your mind, remain in hope, and to give thanks.
