St. Vincent de Paul

St. Vincent de Paul Update for 11/22/2020

It’s not what we say about our blessings, but how we use them, that is the true measure of our thanksgiving.

W.T.  Purkiser

We conducted our drive-thru Thanksgiving Distribution this past week. We helped 38 families with a total of 156 people (65 adults and 91 children).  As always, we are grateful to Fr. Ron and the parish staff for supporting our work.  The Rosary Makers also donated rosaries to give to our families – thank you!  We also want to give a big THANK YOU to our faithful donors who:

  • Continue to bring food week after week by the car, truck and bag full.
  • Donate gift cards, checks and cash so our families can buy fresh foods and dinner poultry/meats.
  • Knit and crochet warm hats, gloves and scarves and provide items like makeup, lotions, shower gels as special “treats” for our families.

We truly appreciate your generosity in helping our neighbors. We are now preparing for our Christmas Distribution on December 17th, so as you shop in stores or on-line this week please keep our pantry list in mind.  We will again be providing $25 gift cards for poultry/meat for Christmas.  Our Pantry needs are:
