St. Vincent de Paul

St. Vincent de Paul update for 12/18/2022

“What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.” Matthew 16:26-27

Our Christmas Distribution was a great success! We helped 42 families and 188 people (74 adults and 114 children) with a plentiful Christmas dinner and more! We want to thank Fr. Ron and the parish staff for supporting our work. We could not help as many people as we do without you!

We want to thank our faithful contributors to the pantry week after week. Sometimes it appears that we are not going to get enough of an item for each family and somehow you come through and get it done! We also want to thank the Faith Formation families that brought cans of food to the Discover Your Church event. We received 8 full carts of food – absolutely amazing! We also want to thank our Comfort Crafters for creating pillow cases for all of the families. Thank you to those who donated make-up, body wash, and lotions. These are perfect extras for our families.

Our SVdP Conference is so grateful to the St. Isidore community; your generosity helps us help others. Thank you! Please keep our pantry list in mind as you shop in the store or on-line this week:
