St. Vincent de Paul

St. Vincent de Paul update for April 19, 2026

Ozanam Sunday is April 26th. Celebrated annually by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. It honors the birth and life of blessed Frederic Ozanam (April 23,1813). As a young student in Paris, at age 20, Frederic decided to begin the “Conference of Charity”, to assist the poor. The organization name was changed to The Society of St. Vincent de Paul in honor of their patron. Today, the Society has grown to over 800,000 members in over 150 countries worldwide. Members are encouraged to attend Mass and pray for the work of the Society.

St. Isidore SVdP works to support those in need within the parish boundaries. We are reaching out to ask for your help in donations to make a difference, to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious meals. The list below of non-perishable canned, dry food items, and personal care products will help stock the pantry. SVdP bins are located at each church entrance for your donation.
