“Jesus, may my financial resources always be used to spread your truth and love.” – Steve Givens
This time of year, we are asked to support so many causes with donations. How do we decide who is worthy of our contributions? Steve Givens, Spiritual Director and Author, gives us insight. He explains that we become “co-workers” to whatever “truth” that organization holds. Please take the time to understand the organization’s needs, align their goals with a broader reach of the community, take into consideration the care and compassion of the organization, measure the impact and positive difference in community, and long-term sustainability of your contributions. These ideas aim to create a meaningful impact to your charitable giving.
