Jesus as our shepherd gives us love and compassion. This gives us the motivation to respond more generously, as did Jesus, to the needs of others around us.
We are 4-weeks away from our Back-to-school distribution on August 16th. SVDP will be helping 40 families. We are asking for donations that will help families with children in need. With your help, the children will feel excitement and more confident as they begin a new school year.
Our pantry is in need of the following items:
- Cash Donations – Blue Envelopes at Church entrances
- $25 Gift Cards – Walmart, Meijer, Kroger
- Laundry Soap
- Dish Soap
- Shampoo
- Toilet Paper
- Pump Hand Soap
- Toothpaste
- Deodorant (unscented if possible)
- Paper Towel
- Bar Soap
- Kleenex
- Mac & Cheese
- Soups – Progresso & Chunky
- Jars – Spaghetti Sauce
- Cereal
- Tuna Helper
- Boxed – Scalloped or Au Gratin Potatoes
- Peanut Butter & Jelly
- Crackers
