We are at the beginning of our preparations for our Back-to-School Distribution, and we will gradually be adding items to our pantry list over the next two months.
Please keep our pantry list in mind as you shop in stores or online this week. Our needs are:
- Cash Donations – Blue Envelopes at Church entrances
- $25 Gift Cards – Walmart, Meijer, Kroger
- Paper Towel
- Laundry Soap – 50+ Loads
- Dish Soap
- Rice-A-Roni
- Jars – Spaghetti Sauce
- Pouches – Pasta Sides
- Canned – Peas
- Club Crackers
- Oatmeal Packets
- Pudding
- Candy
- Cookies
- Peanut Butter
Lastly, this is the final week of our Meijer Simply Give campaign. If you like, there is still time to contribute in purchasing Simply Give cards through June 28th. Please take a card from tables located at each church entrance to Meijers at 24 Mile Road and Hayes to make a purchase of $10. You only need one card to make multiple $10 donations. SVDP wishes to thank our parishioners for helping to make our pantry a great success in helping families who are less fortunate.
