St. Vincent de Paul update for May 14, 2023

“God could not be everywhere, and therefore he made mothers.” – Rudyard Kipling

Happy Mother’s Day! Most families we help are single mothers who struggle to house and feed their children. We appreciate your generous donations that help keep our pantry stocked for families with food insecurities. All of us are a sign of God’s love to those who are suffering. Please keep our pantry list in mind as you shop in stores or on-line this week.

Please remember to shop at the new Meijer Grocery Store on 24 Mile and Hayes. You can purchase items from our list or buy a $10 donation card that will transfer into a gift card at the end of June that we can use to fill the holes in our pantry. There are some $10 donation cards on a small display in the church office, as well, that you can take to the store and purchase.

God Bless,
