St. Vincent de Paul

St. Vincent de Paul update for November 3, 2024

Jesus tells us the most important way to love God is through our neighbor. There are many ways to do this. Some thoughts could be: Working various tasks to help others, commit yourself to becoming a better listener, dedicate yourself to help the poor afford a better life. These ideas and many more are works with compassion, so our neighbors do not feel lost or forgotten. Helping with a cash contribution will make a big difference in the lives of the poor. Please remember all donations stay within our parish boundaries and are tax deductible. Thank you for blessing our neighbors in need.

We are only 1 ½ weeks away from our Thanksgiving Distribution. We are in need of store gift cards. We will be giving families $25 gift cards to purchase their choice of meat and produce. We are grateful for your support to our neighbors in need!

The pantry is in need of these items for distribution, listed in order of most importance:

  • Cash Donations – Blue Envelopes at Church Entrances
  • $25 Gift Cards – Walmart, Meijer, Kroger – for meat & produce
  • Toilet Paper

  • Laundry Soap – 50 Loads or Less
