The St. Isidore Strawberry Festival Committee (SFC) is looking for some new volunteers to help us head up some new areas for the upcoming 3 day festival which will take place from June 21 – 23 on the St Isidore campus. The open Coordinator positions we are looking to fill are as follows:
Inflatable Coordinator
Help with the staffing and oversight of the inflatables outside the church rectory. Must be able to work well with children.
Communications Coordinator
Help to communicate the needs of the SFC to the parish Engagement team and work together to create a comprehensive strategy for effective communication across the church’s established marketing channels.
50/50 Raffle Coordinator
Coordinate the sales of 50/50 raffle tickets and assist in the drawing and distribution of funds to the winners
Dessert Walk Coordinator
Assist with the preparation and execution of the Dessert Walk and assist with the delivery of baked goods to the winners
Sponsor Coordinator
Solicit local businesses for sponsorship opportunities
The SFC meets once each month leading up to the festival. Meetings are typically not longer than two hours and occur the first Saturday morning of each month. You will be given a complete roster of all of the other Coordinators in case you have any questions or need to bounce something off someone.
