The holiday season can be a painful reminder of loss for those grieving a loved one. The traditions, gatherings, and joyful moments of the season can feel overwhelming, isolating, and even daunting. To support those navigating this journey, our Parish Health Ministry invites you to join our annual Surviving the Holidays Grief Workshop on Monday, November 25, at 6:30 PM in the Social Hall.

This workshop is designed to provide a compassionate space where you can receive practical tools and guidance for coping with grief during the holidays. Led by experienced facilitators who understand the complexities of grieving, the session will offer insights on managing expectations, creating meaningful new traditions, and finding ways to honor your loved one in a way that feels right for you. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who share a similar experience, creating a sense of community and support through fellowship.

Whether your loss is recent or has been a part of your life for years, this workshop welcomes all who are seeking encouragement, understanding, and strategies to face the holiday season.
