Trunk or Treat

By submitting this registration form, I agree to the following event guidelines:
1. Family-Friendly Decorations and Costumes:
• All trunk decorations and participant costumes must be appropriate for a family-friendly event. No excessively scary, violent, or inappropriate themes, imagery, or language will be permitted.
2. Safety First:
• For the safety of all participants, trunks and decorations must not obstruct vehicle movement or create tripping hazards. Decorations must remain stationary during the event.
• All vehicles must arrive and be set up at least 30 minutes before the event start time. No vehicles will be allowed to move until the event concludes, and a staff member signals that it is safe to do so.
3. Candy and Treats:
• All candy and treats distributed should be pre-packaged and store-bought. Please avoid homemade items for safety reasons.
4. Respect for Others:
• Participants are expected to show respect for all other attendees and volunteers. This includes respecting differences in decoration styles, costumes, and personal space.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and violators may be asked to leave.
5. Photography/Media Release:
• By attending this event, I understand that photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. I give permission for my image, or the images of my family, to be used in church communications, social media, and future promotional materials.
6. Liability Waiver:
• I understand that participation in the Trunk-or-Treat event is voluntary, and I release St. Isidore Church from any liability for personal injury, damage, or loss of property during the event.
