The challenge of the Magnificat

Tuesday of the Fourth Week of Advent

Today’s gospel is the Magnificat, the prayer of Mary. Fr. Ron explains the importance of the prayer, where it came from, and how we use it. It calls for concrete changes in the world and is very relevant today. The Mary that prays this prayer is the passionate and proud Mary that calls for change in the world. Finally, Fr. Ron gives us a challenge based on this prayer to move beyond our comforts.
