The women of St. Isidore and their family members are invited to attend a weekend retreat at the beautiful Capuchin Retreat Center in Washington Township. This year’s retreats are entitled “Encountering God in the Parables.
Retreatants will have the learning sessions but much more. There is time to enjoy 90 acres of wooded pathways throughout the grounds, Mass on Saturday and Sunday, a healing service, and optional Reconciliation.
After Orientation and until Sunday lunch this is a silent retreat. As a talker, I can assure you that this is doable and adds to the reflective nature of the retreat (Elijah heard God’s voice in a whisper.).
The retreat fee is $300 which includes a private room with a bathroom including a shower, 5 meals, and your lessons. A deposit of $100 is due at registration.
