St. Paul reminds proclaims in the second reading that the people should be united in Christ when presented with the news that the people are divided. We must also remain united in our lives. It is easy to build a wall between us and someone with whom we disagree. This topic has never seemed more relevant than it does today in light of recent events in our country.
Take this week to look at your relationships with family, friends, and coworkers and see where there might be a wall between you and build a bridge over that wall. We never want to be the person to initiate, but someone has to do it, so why can’t it be you?
