Are you really ready for an angel to come to you?

Feast of Saints Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael

There are three archangels mentioned throughout the Bible and we praise the glory of God that they be known to us. Fr. Ron explains how they are powerful figures, and that we wish that these angels would come to us. However, he challenges us to rethink that in today’s homily explaining that they are powerful and kind of out of control. Only God can control them. Raphael caused Zechariah to be mute, and Gabriel upended Mary’s life.

If we are really open to angels coming to us, are we open to the message of God that might upend our life and turn it upside down? Let us open ourselves to the message that they may bring us.
